Course Overview
Sales Excellence is a one day course that will enable you to begin using some of the most fundamental NLP skills in order to gain an extra-ordinary competitive advantage through a deep understanding of the human thinking processes that underpin human communication and sales.

Rapport
Rapport is the quality of relationship that results in mutual trust and responsiveness.
You gain rapport by understanding and respecting the way aonther person sees the world.It is like speaking their language.Rapport is essential for good communication.It is possible to build rapport at many levels, but all involve paying attention to and respecting the other person.Rapport can be built instantly and rapport over time evolves into trust.

To be able to establish rapport with any person, at any moment in time 
 

Representational systems
These are the preferred way that a person likes to process information. These are based on the main senses  used by people (visual, auditory and kinaesthetic). The system we use most is called our primary representation system and is determined through the verbal language and body languag that a person uses. By understanding and communicating to people in their preferred representational system you can dramatically increase your influence and impact when cmmunicating with them. Predicates are the main indicator of peoples represesntational systems.

You will learn to vary your communication so that when you present to individuals (or groups) everyone can get to grips with your message and get a sense you are on the same wavelength.

NLP Questioning techniques
 Questions are powerful.They can challenge assumptions, build rapport,direct attention,get information, clarify  meaning and add choices.To find out exactly what your potential client wants (not necessarily what  seems  obvious but what they really want) it helps to use insightful questioning techniques.

NLP techniques can be used in the planning, the process , the tactics and objection handling in negotiations
